Before you book
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Let us know if you need something outside those windows and we'll see what we can do.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, 5 nights.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking on-site, plus street parking nearby.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi covers the whole villa.
How deep is the pool, and is it safe for children?
The heated saltwater pool (10 × 5m) is about 1.5m deep, with a shallower section (around 70cm) for kids. Filtration runs automatically morning and evening — it's completely safe to swim while it does, you'll just notice small ripples on the surface.
What do you have for babies and young children?
A crib and a travel cot, a high chair, and toys both indoors and out.
Do we need a car?
A car is the easiest way to get around — Nin is about 7 minutes away, Zadar about 15, and several beaches are within a 10-minute drive.
Is the villa suitable for large groups or multiple families travelling together?
Yes — six bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests, with plenty of shared living space, multiple terraces, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area built for a full house.
Can we bring a pet?
It's not something we've set up for, so please email us before booking if you're hoping to bring one along and we'll let you know what's possible.
