Außenbereich & Gelände
Vila Paleka is a two-storey villa in its own walled grounds, surrounded by olive trees, with free on-site and street parking. The same pergolas and stone terracing carry through from the entrance to the pool below — shown here by daylight, after dark, and from above.
Pool & Garten
The heated saltwater pool (10 × 5m) is about 1.5m deep with a shallower section for kids, plus a counter-current jet for swimming in place — filtration runs automatically morning and evening, and it's safe to swim while it does. Loungers and a shaded gazebo sit poolside, with the villa lit up behind it once the sun goes down.
Außenküche & Lounge
An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and fire pit sits under a covered, pergola-shaded dining area — big enough for the whole group, for a slow breakfast or a long dinner as the light fades.
Wohnbereiche
The ground floor is built for a full house of guests: an open living and dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine included), with a small work corner and a TV. Two terraces — a lower one off the living room and an upper one — extend the living space outdoors, both with mountain and valley views.
Schlafzimmer & Badezimmer
Six bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests: two with king beds, two with doubles, one with twin/single beds that can be joined or kept separate, and a kids' room with a bunk plus a toddler bed (a crib is also available on request). Most rooms have their own bathroom and individual air conditioning, and one opens onto a large terrace.
Umgebung
Žerava is a quiet corner of the Nin area on Croatia's Dalmatian coast — about 7 minutes from Nin, 15 minutes from Zadar, and within a 10-minute drive of several beaches. Expect mountain and valley views right from the villa, with the coast and Zadar's old town both an easy trip away. The villa's own olive grove borders the garden, and is as much a part of the property as the pool.
